Chef Peter Capalbo In the Kitchen Our Sous Chef, Bobby Will, brings his expertise in cuisine and molecular gastronomy from Tremont 647 and Gargoyles on the Square. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Bobby enhances our menu with creative and thoughtful dishes derived from both French and Italian classics and Asian cuisine.
The Dining Room and Bar Sean, the Bar Manager, who has years of experience bartending in Boston and on the North Shore, applies his knowledge to serve a wine list worth exploring, with a large selection of reasonably priced wine from the Old World and the New. Sean also oversees a full bar of fine cordials, liquors, and has implemented an ambitious classic cocktail program, exploring two centuries of libations.
