Chef Peter Capalbo
Chef Capalbo combines his classic training at the Culinary Institute of America with years as Chef at restaurants in Manhattan, Boston, and most recently 10 years on the North Shore.

In the Kitchen
Assisting Chef Capalbo is Kim Foley, our in~house pastry chef.  Kim uses her extensive talents, utilizing the best seasonal ingredients to design desserts that are both imaginative and delicious.

The Dining Room and Bar
The love of providing a great dining experience continues in the dining room and bar, thoughtfully designed by Chef Capalbo’s wife, Amy Trabucco. Amy, who is the Proprietor, has provided visual appeal and overall comfort. The dining area featuring an exposed brick wall and hardwood floors provides a warm and intimate atmosphere.

Sean, the Bar Manager, who has years of experience bartending in Boston and on the North Shore, applies his knowledge to serve a wine list worth exploring, with a large selection of  reasonably priced wine from the Old World and the New. Sean also oversees a full bar of fine cordials, liquors, and has implemented an ambitious classic cocktail program, exploring two centuries of libations.

The Details
In classic Bistro style, the menu is moderately priced starting at $7 for appetizers and $19 for entrees. Tryst Restaurant is open for dinner 6 nights a week, Monday through Thursday from 5PM till 9 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 5PM til 10PM . Reservations are recommended. Tryst is closed on Sundays

Chef Capalbo will also be happy to discuss your plans for private parties, luncheons, or brunch.
