Chef Peter Capalbo Chef Capalbo combines his classic training at the Culinary Institute of America with years as Chef at restaurants in Manhattan, Boston and most recently 10 years on the North Shore. The Dining Room & Bar The love of providing a great dining experience continues in the dining room and bar, thoughtfully designed by Chef Capalbo's wife, Amy Trabucco. Amy, who is the Proprietor, has provided visual appeal and overall comfort. The dining area featuring an exposed brick wall and hardwood floors provides a warm and intimate atmosphere. Sean, the bar manager, who has years of experience bartending in Boston and on the North Shore, applies his knowledge to present a wine list worth exploring, with a large selection of reasonably priced wine from the Old World and the New. The Details In classic Bistro style, the menu is moderately priced and open for dinner 7 nights a week. Monday through Saturday from 6:00pm to close Sundays Tryst offers dinner starting at 6:00pm and Sunday evening Jazz starting at 6:30.
